CP 10/16/20

             Today I spoke with Marcia. We started off discussing how tired both of us are. She recently submitted all her applications for grad school. She is super anxious now since she is waiting to hear back from all the schools. After a casual conversation about American politics, we ended up discussing the importance of being global. We talked about the common saying that America is the land of opportunity. It was interesting to hear her thoughts about how many international people still feel this way. She also thinks that more people should travel because that will widen their view about culture and how to do things in society. It was really interesting to get her perspectives on these topics.
